Clarity Metrics Group (CMG) uses carefully selected service providers to support delivery of Clarity Decision Room (CDR).
Zoho Corporation
Purpose: Application hosting, data storage, encryption, infrastructure management, backup and disaster recovery.
Services Used: Zoho Creator
Data Categories: Customer account information, operational decision records, workflow metadata.
Certifications: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001-family certifications.
OpenAI, LLC
Purpose: AI-powered text analysis, summarization, and response generation within Clarity Decision Room workflows.
Integration Method: Accessed via Zoho OpenAI Connector (Zoho-managed integration layer).
Data Categories: Customer-provided text inputs, decision records, workflow context, and system-generated outputs processed for AI functionality.
Data Flow Note: Data is transmitted from CMG systems through Zoho services to OpenAI for processing and returned to the application. CMG does not directly host OpenAI infrastructure.
Location: United States
Controls: CMG limits data sent to AI services to the minimum necessary for functionality and does not use customer data to train external AI models.
