Clarity Metrics Group began as an internal proposal — a way to fix the decision fatigue and missed opportunities Samantha saw firsthand in her previous organization.

I’m Samantha Carter — founder of Clarity Metrics Group and a strategist who believes clarity isn’t a luxury; it’s a leadership skill. I help organizations design better decisions, activate strategy, and move with intention.

With a background in business, law, and analytics, I bring structure to complexity and heart to systems. My work is rooted in equity, built on trust, and shaped by the belief that the way we lead matters as much as where we’re going.
